Director of Integrated Student Services, Secondary Schools

Full-time, year round leadership and management position responsible for implementing and overseeing the Communities In Schools Integrated Student Services model in six secondary school settings, including five with 21st Century after school grant programs.  Master’s degree or equivalent with strong youth development background with an emphasis on adolescent development.  At least three to five years of progressively more responsible management experience including prior supervisory experience.  Exceptionally strong organizational and communication skills including listening, writing and speaking.  Previous grants management experience including budget monitoring and reporting.  Experience with data management and data based decision-making preferred.  Ability to work both independently and in a team.
