Summer Vista Associates

Summer VISTA associates will work with elementary school children on reading, writing, math, attendance and behavior during summer school. The program will run from June 21 through August 13. Positions are full-time (approximately 7:30 till 4 weekdays) and federal rules stipulate that VISTA workers may not hold other part-time employment.

As an Americorps VISTA you will receive a living stipend of $197.47 per week, plus an educational award of $1000 upon successful completion of service.

Some positions require 60 hours of college credit. Please submit a college transcript with your application if you meet this requirement.
